Le conducteur doit avoir au minimum 20 ans et avoir 2 ans de permis.

Vehicle reservations are made in a 24-hour format.
Please check your Departure and Return Times and Dates, if the times are not correct and if necessary, the difference in price will be charged.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation, if you do not provide us with all the information to make a reservation
If we have not received a cancellation by email on the scheduled delivery day and no one takes possession of the reserved vehicle, the total amount of the rental will be charged by V.A.D
Annulation plus de 7 jours avant la date prévue de livraison sans frais. En cas d'annulation moins de 7 jours avant la date prevue de livraison, 3 jours de location seront facturés. Les annulations doivent être transmises par courrier électronique (email/courriel).
Refund
It is possible to get a refund 15 days before your departure date.
To do so, a simple e-mail to the following address: escalelocation@gmail.com
However, 10% of the inter-bank transaction fees will be withheld from the amount.
